Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A: Yes we do! We do need to buy at a slight discount for it to make sense for us, However, you will save ALOT of money because by selling directly to us we are removing the significant cost of the broker, closing and title fees for you to pay. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for all parties.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?

You will need to have it clean and do any necessary repairs and understand that there will be people coming in and out of your home. There will also be an appraisal and inspections. With inspections often comes unexpected repairs that the new buyer will request before they close on the home. The new buyer also has to qualify for a loan.
